January 2015:
Body Stress Release Academy Europe -
clients needed for apprenticeship in Dorset

Body Stress Release is a complementary health technique that was researched and developed in South Africa in the 1980s and is now practised worldwide.

Body Stress Release practitioners help people who suffer from complaints that can result from an overload of mechanical, chemical or emotional stress. The apprenticeship will be taking place during the weeks of 23rd February and March 2nd at the Academy located at Greenwood Grange in Higher Bockhampton, Dorchester, Dorset. The apprenticeship presents an opportunity for anyone suffering from stiffness, pain or other discomfort to try this gentle yet very effective Body Stress Release technique at a heavily discounted rate: £45 (normally £120) for three sessions over the two week period.

Whole body approach

Body Stress Release practitioners look at the whole body identifying areas of stored tension instead of addressing one single complaint. Clients remain fully clothed whilst the practitioner locates areas of stored tension in the muscles by using a series of simple tests. A light pressure is then applied to encourage the body to release the stored tension and stimulate self-healing.

Suitable for anyone

Body Stress Release is suitable for anyone. From infants to the elderly. Complaints that many clients have reported relief from with Body Stress Release include: back and neck pain, sciatica, headaches, shoulder problems, disc degeneration, calf cramps, growing pains and gynaecological problems such as vulvodynia and menstrual pain.

Anyone interested in taking part in the apprenticeship can contact 07586 795247
